Get Back On Track Mondays with this Healthy Green Shake
I struggle with getting fruits and veggies in, but I decided to work on this. I decided I drink a lot of shakes so maybe I can pack my shakes with fruit and veggies. I made one this morning and was surprised at how tasty it was and how filling it was! Here’s the recipe, try it and tell me what you think!
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I get high protein powder)
2 handfuls of baby spinach
Put in blender with just a little water and blend till smooth.
