Well spring is on it’s way. It’s hard to believe when it’s still so cold out. But now might be the time to think of ways to get motivated. One thing I do to get motivated it have a cup of coffee to get some pep in my step in the mornings. I have a hard time getting up, which is ironic since I do the morning show but mornings are tough for me as well as so many others. So coffee helps since it contains caffeine and if you are careful what you put in it then it’s not high in sugar and calories like soda and energy drinks are. Coffee is a great way to get motivated!
