Getting Back on Track with Your Fitness Goals
It’s time for a confession….I have lost track of my fitness goals. I was 100% on track and working hard towards my goals and I was reaching them! I was finally getting the body that I wanted and was feeling great. Today, this just isn’t the case.
So why did I stop chasing my goals? My excuses include being too busy, holidays, get-togethers and overall lack of motivation. I feel sluggish and uncomfortable and I told myself I would never get to this point again. BUT I’ve decided enough is enough. Something always comes up after work that prevents me from working out. I realized that there is one thing that doesn’t change and that’s the time I have to be to work each day. If I schedule all of my workouts before work then there is no reason why I can’t follow through and give my all with all of my workouts. Best of all, I won’t have any reason to ever miss a workout!
My advice to you is to find a time in your daily schedule that doesn’t change and start to schedule your workouts in that time slot that will be unaffected by the everyday hustle and bustle! I’ll also post weekly photos of my workouts so you can see how I’m doing. Hopefully you will share your photos as well!
