Our drink of the week on this 'Tipsy Tuesday' is a great drink for parties. You can make it the night before so you don't have to worry about making it the day of the party, plus it tastes better the longer it sits. This is a great summer drink but would also be great in the fall too. Check it out!

  • 6 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 bottle Sweet Red Wine
  • 1 1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup ginger liqueur
  • Ice for serving
  • Club soda for serving
  1. Combine plums, red wine, ginger and ginger liqueur in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until flavors have blended. You can also make this the night before, and it's actually better if it sits overnight.
  2. For serving, fill glasses with ice and pour in sangria. Don't forget to add a few pieces of wine soaked fruit to each glass.
  3. Top with a splash of club soda for some fizz.
