Good Humor Girl Scouts Thin Mints Bars

There is a new product out there that I'm dying to try! Apparently Good Humor has come out with Girl Scouts Thin Mint Ice Cream Bars.

They are along the lines of a Klondike Bar, but with chocolate ice cream with crushed up Thin Mint cookies...oh yea! Although I am not supposed to eat cookies because of the gluten, I am thinking I could try one of these...or at least a bite of Caleb and Lexi's! They will be sold at Target and Shop-Rite.
