Here Are Some Things To Lift Your Mood This Time Of Year
As the cold weather starts to settle in, it’s hard not to get down. I don’t know about you but I am not a winter person. The website FemaleFirst.co.uk came up with a couple things to help boost your mood during the cold months.
Here are the Top 5 things to help boost your mood:
1) A hug
2) Hanging out with friends
3) Going for a walk
4) Listening to music
5) Watching your favorite TV show
A couple other things on the list were exercise, a hot bath, a stiff drink and comfort food. I was surprised though that something like shopping didn’t make the list.
