Sometimes we can’t pinpoint it, but we find ourselves a little cranky. The solution might be a simple one.
Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge believer in this method to not being cranky. It might not be as easy for some people to do, but I always try and do this no matter how busy my day is.
According to a new study from The Sleep Doctor, participants who took a 60- to 90-minute nap were more receptive to happy facial expressions than people who didn’t nap.
Not only that but the people who did not take naps in the study were more reactive to negative feelings. Meaning, they were less likely to modulate their feelings.
