They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There is a new breakfast trend that might be a little to hard for people to swallow.

On November 18th, 2015 I decided that I wanted to make some healthy changes to my diet. The first thing I did was adjust my breakfast routine. It really is the most important meal of the day and I wanted to start my mornings off with food that was going to give me a great, healthy start to my day.

This new breakfast trend might be a little too tough to do.

You know, I was JUST eating a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch the other day, and thinking . . . "This is good, but you know what would make it better?  If I threw some BROCCOLI in the bowl."

Apparently there's a new breakfast trend in Australia and spreading here where people are adding VEGETABLES to their cereal.  Like, they're throwing in some zucchini with their Raisin Bran or pumpkin in their oatmeal.  I don't know, man.

The goal is obviously to make cereal more filling and more nutritious.  And it certainly does that . . . but I feel like it HAS to be at the expense of TASTE. (News.com.au)
