How to Avoid Downtown Binghamton Road Construction
Navigating Downtown Binghamton will be a little tougher today as they start paving the immediate blocks around the intersection of Court and State Streets. The streets are closed completely from Henry Street to Hawley Streets on State Street, and between Water Street and Exchange on Court. Coming from the Vestal Parkway, take a left on Hawley /Water Street around to Henry, take a right on Henry and left to get back on State Street. From the East side, take Exchange or Chenango to get around. Here are some pictures from the work at Court and State.
