Disney World is probably the happiest place on Earth. What could possibly be any better than rides, movies at Universal Studios and meeting your favorite Disney characters?

Speaking of characters, they're everywhere it seems, even on sugary treats!

We are talking about the cutest donuts we’ve ever seen! Try to say 'Donut Duck Donut' five times fast.

A Fork to Belly food blogger gave us the recipe and instructions on how to make the Disney inspired treat.

I N G R E D I E N T S :
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 egg
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup milk (I used 2%)
1/4 greek yogurt
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (I used vanilla bean paste)

I N S T R U C T I O N S :
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease your donut pan.
2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and nutmeg together and set aside.
3. In another bowl, combine the egg, light brown sugar, milk, and greek yogurt till smooth. Add in the melted butter and vanilla.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients. Make sure not to overmix.
5. Transfer the donut batter to a plastic freezer bag or pastry bag. Cutting off the corner of the bag, pipe batter into the greased donut pan. Fill them 1/2-2/3 of the way up.
6. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and let the donuts cool slightly. Then transfer to a cooling rack.
8. For the decorations, melt the candy melts according to the package directions. Use a sandwich bag with the corner cut off to pipe out Mickey’s yellow buttons, Minnie’s flower, Donald’s red bow and hat, and Daisy’s pink bow. Dip and decorate the donuts as I did or however you wish!

National Donut Day is on June 5th this year, but if you’re a donut lover then you should definitely check these out as soon as possible!
