How to Prevent Cellulite

Unfortunately, most women get cellulite and even some men. As we get older, fat clumps together (yes, I know this is disgusting) and forms pockets or dimples known as cellulite. It is one of those things that just happens as we get older and genetics play a part as much as age.

There are some preventive measure you can take to stop cellulite from forming and lessen it’s effects.

1. Exercise. Cellulite is most likely to form in the lower region of the body such as the but and legs. Think squats, lunges, and cardio to prevent and decrease appearance of cellulite.

2.Healthy diet. Eat a diet rich is fruits, veggies, protein and fiber. Before you put that cupcake in your mouth, try to think about where it’s going to go and imagine it stuck to your rear! It may sound silly but it works!

3. Stop smoking. Smoking has been connected with the thinning of skin and increasing the look of age of the skin. I know it’s not easy, but if you want to look good and care about your health, it’s important to quit or at least try to cut down.

5. Drink more water. Water is one of the best things for your body. It cleanses it and gets rid of toxins. Drink away my friends.

6. Circulation. Cellulite is pockets of fat so, therefore, the better circulation you have, the less cellulite you will get. Go get that massage, exfoliate, go for a walk and stretch at work.

Nothing is more important in this world than your health. You have one body, so take care of it!
