Numerous organizations had exhibits and displays available with information on blood pressure, cholesterol, healthy eating and exercise.  Heart disease is the nation's number one killer while stroke is number five.

The signature sponsor for the 2015 Southern Tier Heart Walk was GHS Federal Credit Union.  Individuals, teams and groups all took part.  Money raised through the walk will be used for advocacy, research and education through the American Heart Association.
