Anyone who says they wouldn't want the fountain of youth is lying. We would all love to look and feel young.

Well, there is no magic potion but I did find something that could come close. Green vegetables not only help keep your body strong but also benefit your mind.

According to an article from Woman's Day, middle-aged people with higher levels of lutein, a nutrient found in foods like spinach, kale, and arugula were more cognitively fit than their peers.

"Their brain responses during a mental test were similar to those of younger people."

You can get lutein only through food, so stock your fridge with romaine lettuce, broccoli, and more.

I know. If you are like me then you were hoping for something a little more enjoyable. But, I tell people all the time that it's not easy being beautiful.
