I have a lot of friends that love doing yoga. They love how they feel afterwards. Not only does yoga work to make you feel better, but it also might help with memory loss. I have to admit that if I did yoga I would feel great.

I have heard stories of people being so relaxed doing yoga that they actually break wind because it just slips out. And, since I am so immature about that kind of stuff, I would be laughing for days. And, laughing is great for your health.

All kidding aside, Men's Health has reported that meditation and yoga can help fight memory decline, boost mood, and reduce anxiety, a study found. The benefits were seen in people 55 and older who took a weekly one-hour yoga class and meditated 12 minutes a day for three months. Better brain blood-flow may be a key.
