10 Reasons Why You’re Having Trouble Sleeping at Night
I am one of those people who has a very hard time shutting my mind off at night when it's time to go to bed. I think about what I didn't get done that day, what I need to get done tomorrow, what I'm making everyone for dinner, who needs to be picked up from school, what I need to get a t the grocery store. I could go on and on.
Before I know it I've slept two hours and it's time to go to work.
I have a hard time sleeping because of stress. I also worry about oversleeping and not getting to work on time, or my alarm doesn't go off.
Also, I'm a light sleeper so any noise wakes me up. There was a survey done to find out what causes people to have a bad night's sleep. I learned I'm not alone!
Here are the top 10 reasons we have a bad night's sleep. Check them out and see which one(s) affects you:
- Your significant other snores.
- Your significant other is restless and tosses and turns.
