Jonas Brothers Announce Back-to-Back L.A. Shows

Now that the Jonas Brothers have conquered New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, where they debuted the song ‘Wedding Bells,’ they can move west and give the gift of song to their fans on the other side of the country. The Bros. confirmed that they will play a pair of back-to-back shows at the Pantages Theater in Los Angeles on Nov. 27 and Nov. 28.

The threesome will perform at 8PM, with tickets going on sale on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 10AM ET via Live Nation outlets. So all Left Coast-based Jo Bros devotees will get the chance to enjoy the band’s return to performing live and performing together after a break that saw Joe go solo, Kevin get married and Nick return to Broadway.

“After the show here from New York, we felt like there was a big call from fans out on the West Coast,” Nick said. “It is just two shows in the U.S. that we’ve done or are going to do. It was important to connect with both sides to start it up again.”

The Bros. said that they don’t want to do a full tour, since they are still finishing up their new record, which is a priority, so they are just doing a few shows to wear away rust and to satiate their fans. “They are exciting for us, to get excitement with the fans and create some buzz,” Nick said.

Since the shows are limited and special, they are more meaningful and rewarding for both the group and its fans.

During the chat with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, the Brothers talked about taking shelter during Hurricane Irene last summer and now during Hurricane Sandy, as well as who would be the best babysitter of the three. Turns out Joe would take the kids to Vegas and be like “it’s fine, it’s cool.” So he’d be the fun uncle/babysitter.

The topic of ‘Wedding Bells’ — rumored to be about Nick Jonas’ former flame Miley Cyrus, who just announced her engagement this year — also came up. Seacrest played a clip of Cyrus talking about the song, and how she couldn’t hate on an artist for expressing himself. Nick said, “It’s just about being open and honest about the fact that your life is what you have to write about sometimes and pull from that inspiration.”

It’s all good!
