Kim Kardashian and Kanye West share a life together that includes their two children; the two also share an entertaining penchant for candor, particularly on social media. The couple gave an interview in their temporary Bel Air home for the September issue of Harpers's Bazaar, which features photos shot by legendary fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld that poke fun at the exhibitionism and self(ie) confidence/absorption that rankles non-fans like Piers Morgan so.

They also answered Bazaar's questions in an often-endearing way — and yes, they were (kind of) asked about Taylor Swift. Here are the sweetest, funniest and most surprising things we learned.

Kanye's favorite body part of Kim's is "her heart."
When asked to name their own and their partner's best physical features, Kanye said of himself, "is the face a body part?" His answer regarding Kim's heart would likely be approved by wives everywhere. Kim returns the compliment but says her answer is really "his legs"; in an effortless explain-a-brag she says she loves her natural two-pack: "I just seem to always have abs."

Kim says her favorite song is...a Kanye track.
While Kanye cites the Jimi Hendrix version of Bob Dylan's "All Along the Watchtower" as his all-time favorite song, Kim's pick is literally close to home.

"I really like the song "Only One," she said, referring to West's 2015 song with Paul McCartney, the video for which happens to co-star their extremely cute daughter North. Kim's nothing if not loyal to her family.

And (shade alert) favorite Taylor Swift song?
While Kanye doesn't have one, Kim leave it at "I was such a fan of hers."

Kim claims she has a bloodhound-like knack for sensing poor dental hygiene.

When asked about their hidden talents, Kanye's answer is awesomely Machiavellian ("I can analyze people's intentions. Immediately. That's just a warning. To everyone"), Kim hints that she missed her calling as a periodontist.

"It's a very specific smell—not a bad-breath smell—but something that is really strong." Okay!

Kanye thinks Kim is to naked photos what Adele is to singing.

"I love her nude selfies," Kanye proclaimed. "Like, I love the ones from the side, the back ones, and the front. I just love seeing her naked; I love nudity. And I love beautiful shapes. I feel like it's almost a Renaissance thing, a painting, a modern version of a painting. I think it's important for Kim to have her figure. To not show it would be like Adele not singing."

"I was about to get in the shower; I took a nude selfie, kept it in my phone for over a year," Kim explains of the photo's origin. "I just liked the picture, so I was like, 'Let me put censor bars on it and post it.' I don't do things to be like, 'This is powerful. I'm going to show you guys that this is my 'message.' I'm not that type of person. I'm empowered by it, but I'm not doing it specifically to show power."

And finally, Kanye knows how ridiculous he and Kim can seem to the world.
After Kim says she rented an island for Kanye's birthday, Kanye's immediately aware of how that sounds.

"You see, those are the type of statements that make people not like us, more so than the 'I'm the best' statement," Kanye chimed in. "It's more the 'Oh, yeah, I just rented an island for his birthday ...' You know in Meet the Parents, Owen Wilson's character? All of our sh--- is like Owen Wilson's character; he's like, 'This is when we jumped off Mount Everest, and we wore turtle flight suits or whatever.'"
