Kanye West Wears Red Mask to Fashion Show

Who is that masked man? Why, it's Kanye West! In another bizarre stunt from the mercurial artist, Yeezy was spotted semi-incognito wearing a red ski mask while attending the Maison Martin Margiela fashion show in Paris on Wednesday (Jan. 23).

West's eyes were the only visible feature seen through the mask, as if he was trying to hide from the paparazzi. The producer-rapper completed the look with a white suit, black trench coat and grey-colored moccasins.

The only explanation we can think of for his, um, unique outfit is that he must have been really, really cold in Paris. We checked weather.com and temperatures in the City of Love are hovering around 25 degrees. So, yeah, Yeezy had to bundle up just a bit.

But we should be familiar with this behavior by now. Last month, 'Ye rocked a few masks during his concert at the Revel hotel in Atlantic City, N.J. He looked like the Abominable Snowman onstage, but in Paris, he looked more like a dandy caped crusader in his latest get-up.

Oddly, later in the evening, while taking mom-to-be Kim Kardashian out to dinner, West dressed like a normal rap star. He wore skinny leather black pants, a matching sports coat, grey scarf and moccasins. Talk about the ying and the yang when it comes to Yeezy's fashion choices.

It will be interesting to see what Kanye West will wear when he performs at the Governors Ball, which takes place in New York June 7-9.
