In a pretty thirsty (perhaps parched) grab for publicity, singer Keyshia Cole has lashed out at flawless queen Beyonce, which is why more media outlets than usual are writing about Keyshia Cole today.

Beyonce dropped a new track called 'Bow Down / I Been On' this weekend, and it's a pretty tongue-in-cheek ode to the Queen Bey rep that she's been building since the 1990 inception of Destiny's Child.

This didn't sit well with Cole, who took to Twitter to rant about how bad Beyonce is for women. Okay.

"Can't stand when people all self righteous when it's convenient it makes them look good. Lmao! But can still talk s--- when convenient 2 FOH," she wrote.

She added, "First 'Women need to Stick together' now b----es better Bow. Smh. But it's all G! Chicks stay shooting the s---. But when I speak my mind its a prob. #Well #StayMad."

Beyonce hasn't responded, because she doesn't have to, but it's worth noting that this isn't the first time Cole has gone after her crown. She had a beef with Bey and fellow DC singer Michelle Williams' Super Bowl performance, too, probably because she's never had such a high-profile gig.

It's a bit ironic that Cole is complaining about women not sticking together when she spends a great deal of time on social media tearing her fellow females down.

Likely not coincidentally, Cole then plugged her appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' tonight, maybe in hopes of drumming up some ratings.

If Cole isn't willing to bow down, we'd all appreciate if she'd just take a seat. But not near King Bey's throne.
