I'll admit, I tend to be a bit of a book worm. Reading is one of my favorite things to do when I just want to relax. I love books that make me re-evaluate different things in my life or books that I can really relate to. With that said, I came across The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.

Gretchen Rubin decided to go through a year long quest for happiness that she calls The Happiness Project. She was in no way unhappy with her life, but she knew there was room for improvement! Each month, she takes us along her journey as she applies new resolutions that she believes will boost her happiness. I find that with each month she outlines, I can relate my own life to her resolutions in my own way. It's inspired me to improve little parts of my life as well! I love that she even talks about how she got started blogging because as you can see, blogging is now a huge part of my life here at Wild 104!

I think this is a great book for anyone that wants to get more out of their days! I've gotten so many ideas from this book and it's a hard read to put down! If you have read this book let me know what you think in the comments below!
