Kiesha’s Kitchen: Green Shake Recipe
Before you wrinkle your nose, let me just say that I PROMISE this is delicious! The mixture of ingredients seems like it might not be so tasty but it's both tasty and healthy!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of milk
1 TBS of peanut butter
One banana
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2 handfuls of baby spinach
ice (I use about one handful)
Directions: Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Easy enough, right? Enjoy!
