 A new survey found that women who date younger men do better in their careers than women who date older men. Maybe this will make you rethinking the term "cougar" since apparently one could have a huge side benefit. The survey found that women who date younger guys are more likely to get upper management jobs than women who date older guys or guys their own age.

The theory behind this is that they develop more self confidence and that helps them become more assertive which then translates into their careers. So if you want to boost your self confidence, become more assertive and better your career and also have a man, maybe try dating a younger guy and see how it goes!
