Skip school and just sleep apparently! A number of different research studies have confirmed that you actually can learn while you sleep!!

Of course you can't learn accounting, or biology while you sleep, but you can improve on a  number of different skills! Apparently the subconscious picks up on these different cue's while sleeping and files them away. Our brain sort of resets while we sleep so the information you're hearing/learning stays with you!

I mean we sleep for about 8 hours, so mine as well use that time for good & try and benefit yourself! So here are 4 things you can learn while sleeping...

1. Quit Smoking - Researchers in Israel exposed smokers to two different smells while they slept, the smell of cigarettes, and the smell of rotten eggs. A week later, the average person was smoking 30% less.

2. A new language - A study in 2014 found people remembered words and phrases better if they listened to a recording of them while they were sleeping. You can't just do that though, you also have to study while you're awake or it doesn't do any good.

3. The names of people - A study last year had people try to memorize names. Then one group took a nap while the other group didn’t. The group who slept did 12% better when they had to remember the names again.

4. How to play an instrument. - Researchers at Northwestern did a study in 2012 where musicians learned to play a new song. And they played it better the next day if they also listened to it while they were sleeping.
