There will always be an endless variety of diets for people to try to lose weight.  I know I have tried my share of them.  But, have you ever tried the 'ice' diet?

According to Dr. Brian Weiner, who is a gastroenterologist, wrote a free e-book of his own: The Ice Diet.  Weiner says, "While eating ice, you are serving two purposes.  You are burning calories and not eating positive-calorie foods."

 

 

 

On the flip side, physics expert Andrew Zimmerman Jones calculates that you'd need to eat 66 pounds of ice to lose a pound of weight.  Not the most efficient diet plan.  (TheAtlantic.com)

I wonder if the ice diet still works if the ice is soaked in Vodka?
