For those of you that don't hang on to ever word I say, here is the history of me making corn hole game boards.

Last summer I played Corn Hole at a party and loved it. It is simply two boards with holes in them and you have to try and toss a bean (or corn) bag into the hole. It is an awesome game to play in the summer at parties, picnics or just in the yard.

I, of course, wanted an Italy set of corn hole game boards. So, I went on line and priced some out. They were very expensive costing about $250. So, I decided to pick some brains of carpenters I know. By the way, they could make a set in about 30 seconds.

But, wanted a set that I could be proud of and say that "I made"! Thank God for the internet and Youtube. It really is not that difficult of a project, even for a dummy like me.

I made a very cool set of Italy themed game boards. I even made a mini set that I brought to the beach. They were perfect and easy to transport.

The weather is getting nice so I decided to get back to work and make more. I do have to admit though that the hardest part for me is painting anything. So, I might subcontract that part out.
