Louie G Visits Garage Taco Bar For Restaurant Week!

Restaurant week is officially underway and I am happy to say that I started things off yesterday at a tremendous downtown spot called Garage Taco Bar!

If you are not familiar with Restaurant Week, it is simply a great opportunity for you to check out some of Binghamton's best kept restaurant secrets. We are lucky to have some of the best food anywhere.

Delicious lunches starting at just $10 and amazing dinners that start at only $20.

I went to Garage Taco Bar yesterday for lunch and I absolutely LOVED it! Not only was the food tremendous but the atmosphere was great. It is located at 211 Washington St. in downtown Binghamton.

I started off with homemade corn tortilla chips with pico. let me say that the tortilla chips were the best I have ever had. They make them fresh right there. Then, I had the Garage Platter which was a lot of food!

It is a large chip platter, pico do gallo, lime jalapeno aioli, and ground beef. I can describe it in one word...WOW!

I can't wait to go back!
