Louie G’s (Early) Throwback Thursday

Since I am going to be too stuffed to fit behind a computer desk tomorrow, as I'm sure you will be too, I figured I would go ahead and post my Throwback Thursday photo today!

Have you ever seen the movie "Rudy"? It's still one of my all-time favorite movies! The above photo is myself with the real Rudy! His name is Daniel Ruettiger and since his days at Notre Dame he has become a motivational speaker.

I had a chance to hang out with him a few years ago while he was in town for a speaking engagement! It was very interesting to hear his take on the movie. He said that the supporting character who was always beside him was actually a representation of a few people he knew and that the directors made into one for the sake of keeping the movie within the time perimeters. Interesting!
