To me, getting healthy is overwhelming and frustrating. There seems to be so many changes that I need to make that I end up making no changes at all. Well, today that ends.

I am making a game plan to make small, attainable goals on my journey to get healthier! I am told that I have an addictive personality, so when I find something I like, I have to have a lot of it. This means a lot of pizza, gold, Italy hats, and dirty magazines, just to name a few.

So, I have to approach this slowly and strategically. I am going to make one or two subtle changes a month and build on each one.

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out!

For the next month, without changing any part of my diet, I will not eat in my car. It might not sound like a big deal, but I seem to eat a lot in my car and I have realized that when I do eat in the car, it usually is not a healthy choice of food.

Also, I am not going to drink soda anymore. I drink too much soda, especially in the morning. So, I am saying goodbye to all fizz.

After the month, I will add another simple change on my way to getting to a healthier me!

Do you have any small changes that you would like to share with me that you think would help? I would love to hear them!
