Louie G’s “Italian” Birthday Cake That Tanya Made For Him

Last week was Louie G's birthday but we didn't get to celebrate together because he was on vacation. So I made him a cake today. He likes vanilla cake, actually his favorite is carrot cake but I figured lets stick with vanilla! The filling was a caramel, chocolate, butterscotch filling. And I decorated it with red and green flowers for my Italian partner!  Happy Birthday partner!
