Louie G’s Throwback Thursday

This week's Throwback Thursday photo was taken in Brooklyn. The photo includes myself and my friends, Armand and Jane DeNoble, wearing yep, you guessed it, Snuggies!

Armand and I were there to play the National Anthem for the Brooklyn Cyclones game and as a promotion that night they were giving away Snuggies! You probably recognize Jane DeNoble as the woman was featured in most of the commercials when Snuggies first came out.

She is an absolutely beautiful lady who does a lot of work with QVC. She has even appeared in a few movies, television shows and theater performances!

The best part is that Jane tracked ME down after I had finished playing the National Anthem. Here I assumed she was going to say how good it was, but I was wrong. She came over to tell me that my butt was showing when I was putting my trumpet away! Sigh.
