Even though they've been making music for decades, it's surprising that Nas and Madonna have never worked together.

Fortunately for us, that has all changed on the pop star's new single 'Veni Vidi Vici,' where the two musical legends join forces and create something special. Madonna goes first and talks about her early days before mega-stardom. "I was fearless like a renegade I had a feeling that I can't explain / I didn't listen to what people said, I came I saw I conquered / I was constant as a northern star, I had a fire burning in my heart / I never gave up fighting in the dark," she sings.

The veteran Queensbridge MC does the same, and spits lyrics about his younger years and his personal life. "My pops from the Carolina's, pops from Natchez, and QB's where I started flowing / But I was scared the cops was gonna kick my apartment door in / Had a baby girl by a crazy girl then I got married / Heavily accosted that ended in a bad divorce / And I know how to pick 'em, don't I?" he rhymes.

The bass-heavy tune will appear on the 56-year-old's new album, 'Rebel Heart,' which also contains the dance sounds of 'Iconic' featuring Chance the Rapper and Mike Tyson. The Chicago rapper spits about pursuing your dreams and not being boxed in.

"Fire-fly trainer want to catch you, then want to put you in a net for their night glow / Yellow brick highway, paparazzi piled up on the highroad / They just turned the sun into an eye soar, they just want to see how the sky go," he spits over an EDM-styled beat.

'Rebel Heart' hits shelves on March 10 , but you can pre-order it now on iTunes.
