I wonder what will happen when Pokémon Go fizzles out just like Candy Crush did. Remember when everyone and their brother, father, mother and sister were playing Candy Crush and then one day everyone just stopped?

I can't help but think that's exactly what will happen with the Pokémon Go craze, but for the sake of those who've quit their jobs over this game, I hope the fizzle is a slow one and not an abrupt stop because they're going to find themselves in a very sad situation if they wake up one morning and the world has collectively decided to immediately stop playing the game.

24-year-old Tom Currie of New Zealand quit his full time job so that he can be a full time Pokémon hunter.

Currie has set out wearing 21a backpack containing all Pokémon-hunting necessities, including a flask with coffee, a rain jacket, and sandwiches and is touring New Zealand by bus. And, less than a week into his journey, he has already caught 90 of the 151 Pokémon available. Currie has has so much success that travel companies have actually offered him free trips to other parts of the country in hopes of capturing rare Pokémon.

Is it just me who wonders how Currie is managing to not work for two months so that he can hunt Pokémon and still is able to pay his rent, student loans, car payment and so on? I don't mean to be a killjoy and I'm all for life adventures, but there's something called adult responsibilities. If this guy is able to quit his job and still pay his bills, that's amazing. But if he's dumping the responsibility on someone else (like his parents), that's not okay.
