Meetings Are Literally Putting People To Sleep

I get a lot of flack for falling asleep at the weirdest places. I seem to always fall asleep at work when we have a meeting. Well, I guess I am not alone.

I want my bosses to know that they shouldn't take me falling asleep personal. I fall asleep anywhere and everywhere. But, according to a new study, I am not alone.

I know most meetings are so boring they practically put you to sleep.  But have you ever had one LITERALLY put you to sleep?

According to a new survey, 40% of people say they actually dozed off at a meeting last year.  There's no word on how many of them got busted by their boss.

The survey also found that we're especially prone to falling asleep at work after 2:00 P.M. (Quartz)
