I love using apps on my phone to help me work toward my fitness goals! One of my favorites is My Fitness Pal.

You can think of this app as not so much a calorie counter but more of a food diary. Sometimes it's nice to see what you are fueling yourself with mapped right out in front of you! This way we can see what changes we need to make!

Last night, I realize there was an update to the app which allow you to scan the barcode on your food instead of using the search box to find it! This makes it even easier for me to keep track of what I'm putting into my body. In addition to using this app to track your food intake, you can also track your workouts and progress with this app!
