New Boss or a $5000 Raise – Which Would You Rather? [POLL]

Have you ever had a boss that just made you miserable? Maybe right now you have a boss who makes it almost impossible for you to enjoy your job. If this is the case we have a question for you.

If your boss is making you miserable and you just want to be able to relax and do your job, would you take a $5000 raise or a new boss? If you take the raise don't forget your boss is going to be the same towards you. Which would you pick?

How about this question...would you be willing to take a $5000 pay cut to be happier at work? 36% of people or more than one third said they be willing to give up that money in order to be happy.

I think you spend a great deal of time at work so you really do need to enjoy it so I can understand why people would be willing to take a pay cut. What would you do in this situation? Would you rather have a $5000 raise or a new boss? And would you be willing to take a $5000 pay cut if it meant you would be happier at work?
