Nicki Minaj, Birdman Visit Lil Wayne in Intensive Care Unit

Over the weekend, Nicki Minaj and Birdman visited Lil Wayne at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Weezy is still recovering from seizures early last week. His condition is still unknown at this point.

Queen Barb was photographed around 8 p.m. CT Saturday night (March 16) at the hospital toting get well balloons for her Young Money boss. Birdman arrived earlier in the afternoon to see his surrogate son and left without talking to photographers. Tunechi received visits from Drake and Los Angeles Clippers b-baller Chris Paul as well.

Although TMZ hasn’t been accurate with their initial reportage, the gossip website is reporting that Wayne still remains in the intensive care unit. There’s no official confirmation on his current medical condition as of yet. Thankfully, Tunechi is being surrounded by friends and family.

According to the Daily Beast, some friends blame Wayne’s habit of sipping sizzurp — a mixture of cough syrup and codeine — as the real cause of his health problems. “I just don’t know how long he can go on doing this and lasting like this,” said a family member. “Somebody is helping him, and they have to stop, because damage is being done to him even if we can’t see it. He has kids and people who need him to get better and get off that stuff for good.”

Get well, Lil Wayne.
