Norwich Man Accused of Sexual Abuse

A Norwich man is facing felony charges after Police say they investigated reports into possible sexual abuse.

47 year old Paul Russell Senior is charged with felony sexual abuse and course of sexual conduct against a child as well as misdemeanor forcible touching for allegedly subjecting a person under the age of 11 to sexual contact.

Norwich Police worked with the Chenango County District Attorney’s Office and Chenango County Protective Services.

Russell was sent to the Chenango county Jail on $20,000 bail.
