Once In A Blue Moon
Have you ever wondered where the phrase “Once In A Blue Moon” came from? Well of course we know it means something very rare that happens. So what is a Blue Moon? It is when there is a second full moon in a single calendar month. The first full moon was on Aug. 2nd. The second full moon will happen tonight. Making tonight’s full moon a Blue Moon. However they are not always blue in color…so we will just have to wait till tonight to see if it is.
