Organizing Quick Tip: Purge

Everyone is all about the saying “out with the old, in with the new” for the New Year. People are usually referring to being a new version of themselves. But, why not have that same attitude toward your home? It’s the time to get organized so let’s purge!

Go through your home and get rid of things you no longer use. Toss them, give them away, or sell them! If you haven’t used something in close to a year then you most likely do not need it. I find that I always have a hard time throwing things away. However, when I actually do start purging I feel so much better in an uncluttered space!

The New Year is a good time for a fresh start so let’s begin with getting organized! What are your organizing tips for the new year?
