Owego’s 33rd Strawberry Festival

This weekend is the Strawberry Festival in Owego. I love the Strawberry Festival and if you are like me you probably have been going since you were a kid.

Tonight is the One Mile Run for kids and then the Strawberry Shake 5K Run/Walk. Also the Strawberry Festival Beauty Pageant. Then the night finishes up with fireworks.

Saturday is the Strawberry Festival Parade. Plus the whole weekend there will be live music. And there will be over 150 vendors lined up and down the streets selling all sorts of different foods, drinks, jewelry, arts and crafts and more.
