Many studies have found that there's a very strong link between our smells and our memories. It's true because how many of us will be taken back to childhood memories when we smell something that smells like grandma's cooking?

Smells definitely trigger memories. So when I read this story I thought it sounded crazy and interesting at the same time so I had to share!

Let's face it, we all have a unique smell and body odor. It could be a combination of deodorant, cologne and body odor. And chances are if your husband or wife dies, you're really going to miss their unique smell. Well there's a lady in France who came up with a way to create and bottle your spouse's scent.

Her name is Katia Apalategui and she has created a new process that takes someone's body odor and actually turns it into a perfume!

What you do is send a piece of the person's clothing then her lab extracts the molecules that make up their scent. Then they distill it into a perfume. Lots of scientific stuff! It's gonna cost you though...it will be around $600.

The service is will be available in September.

So would you purchase this?
