Pizza Causes Injury??

If you are a finely tuned professional athlete, I find it very hard to believe that pizza could cause your season ending injury!  However, In a recent story from Yahoo! pizza is being blamed for an injury that could end a pro football player's season.

What a way to be benched for the season!  And, how dare Yahoo! make is sound like pizza is the bad guy in this situation!  :)

Detroit Lions receiver Nate Burleson was involved in a one-car accident the other night at about 2:25 A.M.  The accident occurred because Nate Burleson was distracted while driving by pizza on the front seat that was starting to fall.  Let's face it, we've all been there.

He sustained a broken arm when his 2009 GMC Yukon SUV hit the median wall.  He was wearing a seat belt and no alcohol was involved.  The accident will likely put his season in jeopardy.
