A 31-year-old Town of Fenton resident has been named in a five-count indictment following the reported seizure of more than two pounds of methamphetamine.

According to the Broome County District Attorney's Office, Brett Poyer of Port Crane was indicted on two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He also was indicted on three misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Poyer was one of two people arrested on January 23 when police executed a search warrant at a home on Rogers Road.
