That's right! It's time to talk fall! September is coming in quick, and before we know it we'll all be in sweaters and jeans praying for spring again.Some people really love fall -- the colors, the cooler weather, Halloween, etc... So when fall comes for them it actually puts them in an even better mood. Other people are sad summer is over, the cold and snow are coming and there's no way to stop it!

The best thing you can do for yourself to make sure fall is all you can make it, is to prepare for it in each aspect of your life! Like with anything else, preparing makes the transition much easier and hey, who knows, maybe even more fun.

Below are some tips for preparing yourself for fall so that you keep a positive and cheery attitude!

  1. Commit to that summer wellness - If you made a commitment to yourself to eat more veggies, drink less or exercise more than stick to it! Just because summer is over doesn't mean we should throw away our goals. And it will make next summer that much easier for you.
  2. Start boosting your immunity! - Winter means flu season, so start preparing now! Start by getting a regular exercise schedule, having a solid sleep schedule, and a balanced diet! (Who know all that stuff your doctor was telling you was actually true haha!)
  3. Take charge of your morning - I know this can be tough, I mean I wake up at 3:30 a.m. and have a tough time even getting to work some days! Try waking up with a refreshing glass of water with lemon; it'll wake your senses and give you a spark in your morning! This is a crucial time because it'll set the mood for your entire day.

Keeping a positive attitude is easy to do in summer, but autumn can be just as amazing and rewarding. Hope these tips help you get ready for the time to come! :)
