PumpUp: App of the Week
For those of you making the choice to live a healthy lifestyle (notice I didn’t use the words New Years Resolution) you will love this app! Looking for new workouts and a new way to challenge yourself, even at home?! Well, the PumpUp app is exactly what you need!
To use the app, you first select your training goal:
Then choose your fitness level:
Now choose how long you would like to workout. I like this part because you can customize your workouts based on your own schedule.
Then you can select your location whether its at home, the gym, or if you are traveling.
Now, select what equipment working with!
The app goes on to let you select which body parts you would like to work and then creates and saves your workout! You can create many different workouts, all targeting different muscles and different durations!
This is quickly becoming one of my favorite fitness apps! What yours?!
