This random fact grabbed my attention because our studio has no windows. And we definitely don't get enough sleep! This wasn't good news!

But apparently people who work in offices without windows sleep an average of 46 minutes less per night than people with windows. It also says exposure to light, during the day, especially in the morning, is beneficial to your health and its effects on mood, alertness and metabolism.

No wonder we are tired, fat and depressed! Kidding!
