Random Fact of the Day – You Will Never Believe What Astronauts Have Left on the Moon

Here is a random fact for you today. It's pretty disgusting actually, but you can certainly amaze your co-workers at the water cooler with this tidbit.

There are 96 bags of poop, pee, and vomit on the moon. Astronauts from the Apollo missions left them there to reduce the weight of their shuttles. This way they'd be able to bring back moon rocks and core samples.

Seriously?!?! How much could it possibly have weighed??
