Recipe Of The Week – Buffalo Chicken In The Slow Cooker
I’m addicted to my slow cooker. I’m always so busy and running around that its hard to find time to cook dinner some nights. Here is one we made up last week that was super easy and the kids loved it!
7-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 bottle of buffalo wing sauce, I used Frank’s Red Hot which has no fat
1 packet of Italian dressing (dry mix)
1 packet of ranch dressing (dry mix)
Take chicken breasts and layer in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with the dry Italian and ranch salad dressings then top with the buffalo sauce. Cook on medium for 6-7 hours. Shred up chicken. I ate mine like this but the kids made sandwiches with theirs and topped them with cheese and a little blue cheese salad dressing.
