Recipe Of The Week- Dirt Cake

This recipe is so yummy and really easy, you don't even have to turn your oven on! I've made it for St. Patrick's Day before and tinted the pudding with a little green food coloring. So if your still celebrating yesterday's festivities this would be a perfect dessert to make for the family...or just yourself!

1/3 cup butter

1 Cool Whip (8 oz)

1 package Oreos and we like the mint Oreos!

2 packages Vanilla Instant Pudding

1 8 oz of Cream Cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

3.5 cups milk

Cream together butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar.

In a separate bowl whisk pudding, milk, and Cool Whip. Add in cream cheese mixture.

Crush Oreos. ( I just put in a baggie and smashed them so they were still some larger chunks) Layer pudding and cookie mixture and chill for a few hours before serving. You can also throw on top of the "dirt" some gummy worms.
