Recipe Of The Week- Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Last night I made this chicken. I kind of just made it up after looking at some recipes. It was easy and really good! I was impressed and I will be making this again for sure!

1cup plain greek non-fat yogurt

1cup of parmesan cheese

1 packet of italian salad dressing seasoning

2 cloves of crushed garlic

Season you boneless, skinless chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Mix all the ingredients together and then spread it on to the chicken breasts. Then sprinkle with a little extra parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Delicious and healthy!
